Here is the first image taken by the MESSENGER probe from orbit around the planet Mercury. These are pretty damn impressive and the WOW factor for me was off the chart... the resolution and quality of the pictures are incredible. I can't wait to see and hear what will Messenger reveal us next, about this alien world.
