DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR LEFT HAND HAS BEEN!?

The question was, do you know where your left hand has been? Wait! I'm not talking about where it has been in the last few hours, days or even years. Nearly everybody knows, where their hand has been, 'cause they are attached to it(or most peope are, you can  also think of any part of your body here). I am talking, where has your hand be in 30 000 000 years ago?  Now most of you would say "What, how would I know that, I wasn't even born then!?" Well, you just might have been, but not in the sense we would commonly think...

What I mean is that, the elements and atoms in your body might have been created millions of years ago. In a event that is the most violent and powerful event in the universe, where everything we see now is created(not the big bang). I am talking about the supernova explosion(or hypernova) where everything heavier than hydrogen has been created. Like, iron(Fe), Uranium(U), Gold(Au) and Oxygen(O).

So, when you look at your left hand, it has been made of star stuff and your right arm might have been created from the remnants of a another long dead star. The buildings you see, are remnants of a dead star. That is pretty mind blowing stuff. It seems that your left hand might have been 13,75 billion light years away...
