Solar Activity

So, last week there was this big solar explosion that, despite being "only" M-class flare, sent huge amounts of coronal matter to space and what made it spectacular was the "downfall" of plasma. If you did have some problems or interference when making a call with your mobilephone, if you had problems reaching someone... It might have been the massive solar flare that caused all that. It did not erupt straight towards Earth, but still the satellites orbiting Earth took some of the radiation..
