Personal Note

Okay, I just had a revelation or atleast found my future career. I have always been interested about working in a lab, handling different substances (and knowing them), looking through a microscope and seeing the entirely different universe there, much like when you look up to the sky through a telescope and see what you can not see with your bare eyes. Macro and micro, opposites to one another, but still so much alike. Telescope and microscope open a door to another world, one being nearly infinite and wast and the other is a world within ours, tiny and mostly hidden from view, but both worlds have such a power over us that it is hard to imagine it.  Astronomers look up and see huge galaxies filled with stars, planets, gas and even black holes. Everything that has so unbelievable scale, but still it is so beautiful and important to us. The origins of life, how everything came to be. But you can find a whole universe in a petridish, a microsmos, if you will..... OMG! What a load of crap, I tell you! :D I started to sound like a 70's BBC documentary narrated by Old English Man.

I'm gona make the long story short... I saw this polytechnic school program for Bioanalysis, where you can specialize to clinical microbiology (research of bacteria, viruses and stuff) and it just hit me "Cool!! I wana study that, why haven't I seen this before?" It just  felt so right:) It has the right mix of chemisty, physics and medical and clinical work. It's just perfect! :D
